Terms of Trading
- 1. Credit Terms 30 days.
- 2. 5% discount for payment within 7 days.
- 3. UK Carriage paid order £250. Orchid Jewellery orders can be combined with Orchid Designs orders to reach this figure.
- 4. Carriage paid order £350 for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, North of Inverness, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland
- 5. 2.5% interest monthly will be charged on accounts outstanding after 30 days.
- 6. Overdue Accounts: Any collection costs will be charged to the customer.
- 7. All goods are supplied under contract governed by English Law.
- 8. Minimum order is £75. Orchid Jewellery orders can be combined with Orchid Designs orders to reach this figure.
- 9. Minimum export order is £200. Orchid Jewellery orders can be combined with Orchid Designs orders to reach this figure.
- 10. Prices subject to currency fluctuation.
- 11. We reserve the right to alter prices without notification.
- 12. Export Costs: Carriage will be charged at cost, or by arrangement.
- 13. Orchid Designs Ltd retains title to the goods until paid for in full.
- 14. No returns without notification within seven days please.
- 15. New Accounts: Bank and 2 trade references please, or pro-forma, or C.O.D.
